Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all over the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business days after confirmation. Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, promotional periods, or sales may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 1-3 business days after confirmation. excluding festivals.

Shipping Charges

FAYRA offers free delivery across the UAE on orders above AED 200.

For orders of AED 200 or below, 10 dirhams will be applicable charges.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive the relevant delivery or tracking information using the contact details provided with the order.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, building or villa number, area, city, mobile number, and any necessary delivery instructions.

FAYRA will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. Please contact us as soon as possible if any delivery details need to be corrected.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer before delivery. Please ensure that the provided mobile number is active and that someone is available to receive the order.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, or inability to contact the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through our Social handles or Contact Us page with your name and order number. Our team will check the shipment status and assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs or a video of the outer packaging and product before using it. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page so that we can review the issue.
